Rustic Hills Improvement Association

HOWDY, NEIGHBOR!Welcome to the website of the Rustic Hills Improvement Association (RHIA), serving a neighborhood of 205 residential properties approximately six miles east by northeast of downtown Colorado Springs, Colorado.  We are a voluntary association incorporated with the State of Colorado in 1973. The Rustic HIlls neighborhood is located in area code 80915, and are bounded as follows:  western boundary - Murray Boulevard;  northern boundary - Constitution Avenue;  eastern boundary - eastern end of Constitution Court;  southern boundary - Rock Island Railroad.  A diagram clarifying our boundaries is found on the "Covenants" page of this website.

........................................................................................MISSION STATEMENTThe RHIA By-Laws state that the purpose of the Association is "to foster and perpetuate the beauty and decor of Rustic Hills... through monitoring:(a) the maintenance of the roads(b) the enforcement and review of the covenants(c) adherence to the architectural supervision, and(d) any other matters that pertain to or are brought before this association;...and to generally act to improve the environment and ecology of the said Rustic Hills No. 1 and No. 2 and Rustic Hills No. 2 Filing 2 and adjacent areas."
